Prioritize the Pantry
Are you getting ready to commit, or re-commit to your weight loss goals? First, take some time to toss the junk food out of your pantry. Arrange the healthier items, like whole grain pasta, rice, beans, and nuts up front, and the not so healthy items (in single servings) in the back.
