Find A Substitute!


Do you have a favorite food that temps you to take a detour from your healthy eating plan? The solution: find a healthy substitute.  
I love ice cream, however I use Greek yogurt, with a little raw honey with berries, dark chocolate chips, and / or walnuts as a substitute when I am craving something a little sweet.
