Time to Cross Train


Think cross training. Keep cardiovascular exercise scheduled in your workout plan, but change the activity you are doing. Try a new cardio class once a week, hop on an elliptical cross trainer, or step into the biking world.  remember anything different from your regular routine is going to be good.
