Think Pearly Whites!

After dinner it is a good idea to go ahead and brush your teeth. Giving you mouth a minty fresh makeover not only has the obvious oral health benefits, but it may also keep you from snacking while watching TV prior to heading to bed. Don't forget about flossing, too. Once both actions are done, we may be more inclined to keep our mouths clean before going to sleep.
