Stand Up!
It may sound strange when you hear advice that tells you to get your tush out of your desk chair at work, but sitting all day has been linked to obesity, poor posture, pain. Try a sit-stand workstation to switch things up and burn some more calories while standing. Standing up straight, with your abs tightened also is a good core strengthener. Another idea is to take a couple minutes and do some quick exercises with an exercise band...biceps, squats, and shoulders are easy to target and only take a couple of minutes.
