Time to Visualize


The time you spend visualizing what you would look and feel like with a few less pounds, can help you internalize the health and fitness changes that will be required for successful weight loss. Research suggests that when you imagine achieving an exercise goal—like running a 5k, or increasing weights for your next workout—can actually enhance your performance. Time to go inside to see the results on the outside.
