Your Mother Was Wrong!

Yes, your mother was wrong.  Snacking before dinner is definitely good for you!  Are you meeting friends, family or a client for dinner?  Grab an apple or a small cup of yogurt before heading out. The quick snack will help take the edge off your hunger, and ensure you eat a reasonable amount of your entrée, rather than overdoing it. NOTE: reach for a protein snack, as research shows that an afternoon snack of Greek yogurt can lead to reduced hunger, increased fullness, and less eating come dinner time.
