Go Ahead...Grab A Piece!

Just chewing a piece of sugar free gum won’t necessarily curb your appetite. But chewing gum can keep your mouth busy when cooking up a meal, or minimizing devouring appetizers at a party, especially when you arrive hungry.  Studies show chewing gum can lower cravings for sweet and salty snacks, and decrease hunger between meals, however the long term effects of gum chewing on weight loss are minimal.  Chewing gum does have a side effect...fresher breath!  So even if you don't lose any weight, your breath will sure smell better!
